- Revival – If a policy lapse, the Revival amount payable

Alternatively, you can call LIC customer care no. 1251 form MTNL/BSNL or login to the LIC website to check LIC policy details online. Apart from these, if you have a smartphone you can download the App and check the status anytime anywhere at your convenient time. There are various other ways you to check the status. I have surrendered my policy ie ULIP Policies as below for the with -drawing the amount on 15 day’s back after three years . On that day the SENSEX WAS 19640 but my amount was settled as below at total loss of total loss Rs. 6298/- against total investment of 2,30,000 over five different policies apart from interest.
This amount is capital loss for me.
we are setteled the amount for the for the policies as under .

Aprt from interest , i made loss of Rs. 6,298/- and they have transferred NEFT till date not been credited in my account after 15 days.
i want know that on what grounds this amount has been settled and send me your NEFT Tarnsfer Number and date for the settled amount .
I realy suspect the LIC Bodies who has involved in these activities are cheating the policy holders by not giving the all details.
please reply at the earliest if there is any more delay , we have go through RTI or Consumer court.
